Need help identifying this coin

Mount Holyoke museum has a large collection of coins claimed to be found along the silk roads,

I am currently identifying and logging any and all information on each individual coin but have come to ahead with this particular coin, my first thoughts were islamic but during research I am no longer sure, the styles could be Macedonian or even celtic/saxon. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Looks Parthian. Very debased. Not sure if genuine. Don’t know enough about these coins to help further.

The coin appears genuine. It just has some original encrustation/deposits on it still. Plus the original photos are a little pixelated so it looks a little weird.

I don't know anything about these coins but that is some pretty impressive artwork for the era. Better than some (most) modern art I have seen,

Osroes II is unknown to history. His coins are the only record of his reign.
