Is this just dirt trapped or is this a true coin error? I was looking at the date.

    Possible it's a die chip but I would need a clearer image. Die chips are pretty comman and most dont demand a premium. Pocket change unless you like collecting die chips. Good luck hunting

    Also consider a plating burst from corrosion.

    Just magnified the image. The zinc has come through the copper plating. Not an error. Only value is for educational purposes for the next poster.
