I'll offer 10 cents including the shipping.

All Philadelphia coins from that year have "no mint".

This really should be listed in the BST (Buy, Sell, Trade). We frown on commercial listings on the coin forum

You should really use regular PayPal so you can issue a chargeback if you need to

You'd think they could buff it up nice and shiny for 10000. :p

I might have misunderstood "mint" as mintmark. If this is truly a 1982 cent that was never minted , it truly is rare... and it takes up ZERO room in your collection

    10,000?

    Venezuela bolivars. No doubt.

Go for it, at 10 million percent inflation by December, 2019 this will be about .000000000001 cents

Venezuela's inflation rate will reach 10 million percent next year, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on Tuesday in a report forecasting that one of the worst hyperinflationary crises in modern history will further deepen. Oct 9, 2018

Welcome aboard. We have a lot more smart ____ than educators, here. Just so you know, the 1982 small date with no mint mark ( from Philadelphia) is common, in copper. It is the copper D mint (Denver) small date that will command a premium ask price. Good luck in your search. Enjoy the place. It is fun.
