Help Grading Morgan CCs / Candidates for Restoration?

Good morning! I've got these two CCs from a complete set of Morgans and before I send them in to PCGS I was hoping some kind soul could give me some guesses as to possible grades and whether they're candidates for restoration. I'll let the group know the results once I get them back!
The 1893 CC has some black crud best seen in the pic through the mylar (I know some of you hate pics through flips). On the 1889, I wondering if it looks cleaned or if it may be a candidate for restoration. Either way, they'll both be sent in, I'm just not sure if for restoration or grading straight up. Thanks for your help!!

The 93-CC is badly cleaned and cannot be restored. I would grade it Fine Details and wouldn’t bother sending it in. The 89-CC looks like it has a good shot at a straight grade. Maybe VG10 or F12. I don’t think the marks are disqualifying and I don’t think there’s anything to restore.
I don’t think they will grade due to cleaning if you want to spend the cash go ahead but I would keep them in there flips

Really appreciate your input. Thank you for your time. Without being an experienced collector or dealer, it really throws into question whether I should send in anything from the set.
I have a whole set of Morgan’s that are raw and in tough shape I keep in albums it’s a fun way to collect. If you are looking to grade and flip you can always have another set of eyes look at them in your area like a coin show, shop, or club. Photos don’t always tell the whole story

Might be worth sending them for grading anyway to at least get them in PCGS genuine holders to make them more saleable. Plus I think the 1889-CC has a shot at a straight grade.
Nice old CC Morgans... However, if they were mine, I would put them in an album and work on a CC set of roughly matching coins...Cheers, RickO
A worn coin cannot be "restored." It could be cleaned or possibly have corrosion stopped, as in conservation.
@RogerB I'm simply using the term PCGS refers to for their services, whatever they may be. Thanks for clarifying again!!
@ricko I'm selling off the collection I inherited to help pay for my daughter's college, so I won't be holding onto them, unfortunately. After looking at everything I've got, I hate to get rid of any of them but I have other life priorities at the moment.
Both have been cleaned. I doubt either would be encapsulated due to harsh cleaning but the 89 "might" make it... I'd grade the 93 as a 10 to 12 and the 89 at ~10.
Definitely not worth grading. If you want to sell them just put them in a well attended local coin auction. You'll pay 15% but get fair bidding in most auctions. Carson City coins always grab attention.
