I got the offer. Just used it on a cool item I won last night. Decided to wait on paying until the morning just incase an eBay bucks or coupon offer came. Lucky day !

eBay is so deceptive with these some times. On the last one, I didn't get the offer. I checked as late as 3 pm and didn't have it. Went back on later that night and it was there in my messages, backdated to 5am like it had been there all along.
I think they send it out and see what they get. If they need higher numbers they send it to more folks and backdate it like they had it the whole time. I've definitely never gotten the deal at midnight, that's for sure.

OK I got it now! 8% off every qualifying item through 2/14. (And I also just paid for something yesterday but I don't think it was the price range of a Stahl-Meyer Mantle).

Didn't get any offers for all of January either. Just hurting themselves. I guess I will have to be very judicious in my spending until they want to loosen the purse strings again.

Terms have always stated that, reality is it's what's paid for during the promo period, regardless of when it was won.

No, you will get 8% back in eBay bucks which pay out each quarter. They have to be used to pay for items on eBay.

Nope. eBay bucks accrue quarterly. The 8% will go towards your quarterly balance and you redeem it at the end of the quarter
Sure did. I've done it before too. Got lucky once and had a big night with PWCC. Waited two days (which I won't normally do to a seller) and it worked.
