This is on deck tonight! I bought 9 ‘81’s and 9 ‘82’s direct from BBCE. Here’s before pics:

Nothing of note on the ‘81’s that I could tell, but I have a lot to learn too:

I opened one 81 rack just to get it out of my system, and:

How would this be graded by psa? Would it be a miscut?

And a beauty of Yas:

I will post my findings later tonight!
Can’t wait!

I think I know the guy who sold those 1982 racks to BBCE. Nice to see you got a few with stars showing. There were a lot of star packs mixed in.

Love those 70's - early 80's packs and boxes...send me a message if you are selling because I am buying

Looking forward to it, and thanks for sharing!

I had a whole lot of childlike enthusiasm when I re-entered the hobby in ‘09 to rip the boxes and packs of the sets of my youth, and I feel like lately I’ve lost a little of that.

Your passion is infectious, and your threads have energized me, and for that, I also thank you.

I’m humbled, thank you! This has been an absolute blast for me! 😁

The ‘81 results were....ok. SO MANY cards came damaged out of the pack, it was discouraging. BUT, I did get some nicely centered cards though, so that was cool.

    Centered (ish)

Here’s the rest from the three packs; no more Ripken’s, but overall this was a great rip!
