Forum posted photo enlargement

I notice on some posts that the coins when clicked on enlarged and many others do not. How does this enlargement occur? In other words, what do I need to do to enact this? Is it the quality of the coin photo that enables this feature or is their a way to turn on this feature? Probably a newbie question but its mine anyway.

From what I can describe, larger image file size can produce "click to make larger" images.

I think it depends upon the size of the image you post. If the image is larger than what is shown in the column of the text, then a link is automatically applied to image that allows one to see the image at its larger size. ...At least this is the behavior that I thought I have been seeing.
My strategy is about collecting what I intend to keep, not investing in what I plan to sell.

Thank you. If known, What is the number that meet the larger image file size?

The forum will only display up to a maximum size, if the photo is larger than that it can be clicked on to open in a new tab full sized.
Collector, occasional seller
@jesbroken I have not kept that close of tabs with size, other than the Trueviewed images I normally use are click to enlarge, 5+ megabytes.

Out of the camera my pictures are usually 2592 pixels wide by 1944 pixels high. I have yet to see one of my pictures that you could not click on and not enlarge. Here is one for you to test.

I like the ability to enlarge the pictures... helps to analyze the detail. Not being an expert on this technology, I thought it was something that could be selected... looks as if I am wrong again.... anyway.. I like it.
Cheers, RickO
Does enlargement ability occur in PM's also or just via forum posts.

Mine works in PM's and it also works on Ebay.
Ken
Thanks, Ken and everyone for the info. I will leave my photos alone before posting them and that should be greater quality for enlargement.

I hovered over the picture, and it went to the Index pointer icon, and I clicked it, and it expanded.
