Hi. I suspect that this quarter had problems when it was coined. Or will it be that he had a road full of severe abuse since 1998?

    @Cayo Welcome to the forums!

    That quarter had about 31 years of good circulating use. Been through many hands, and had a lot of experience with vending machines, banks, being dropped, ran over, scraped, and just had a good ‘ol time.

    Send it back into the wild... spend it.
