Nice as I just spoke to a friend of mine who could afford a MS65 example who wants one in about the same grade level as yours just to finish his childhood change searched set.

Yeah! When I was a kid the 16-D was at the absolute head of my "when I grow up and have money" list. Yours looks just perfect from here.
That sure is a keeper!
Have searched and searched but never found in the wild. Have owned several but had to pay up!!

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Has a really nice look to it.

Nice problem free example. Well done.
That is a great acquisition..... I was at a gun show once, and I guy had purchased a raw one there... and he went from table to table showing people - he was so proud and happy....He had to explain to a lot of people what it was and why it was valuable. I sure remember how excited he was though.... Cheers, RickO
Yours is ...much.... better than mine!
Acquired for precisely the same reason. Dunno why but I never kept one I bought in the shop.
This one's fairly newpy and I got a 3 legger buff at about same time for same reason.
@Broadstruck I bet I know the same guy.
I also bet he'll soon find this thread.
That elusive lady ....... Congrats on finding her
Very nice! I'd be proud to own that one, too!
