A call to PCGS asking this question would be advisable. Make sure it is something they would designate.
Welcome to the forum!
The doubleD die coin will need to be on the list of varieties recognized by PCGS and there is a fee.

Welcome. What is the DD to which you are referring. Perhaps we can give you an answer.

@wgoldinger61 .... Welcome aboard. It would help if you specify the issue you are referring to....many experts here can give you a quick answer. Cheers, RickO
Doubled dies are die varieties, not "mint errors" and do not need to be submitted as a mint error, minor varieties(like obscure doubled dies) will require the variety attribution fee. Varieties listed in the redbook(major varieties) don't require a variety attribution fee, like the '55DDO, '72DDO etc.
It will help us to answer your question if we know what you are submitting. It may also save you some headache and money if deemed not worth submitting.
