I really am looking forward to meeting new people on this forum . I am kind of a loner lately and want to gain the knowledge and expertise a lot of you have. This is my hobby not my job but maybe one day if I am lucky. Just wanted to reintroduce myself.

    From your handle I assume you were born in 1908, so at 111 years old I am pretty sure you are the oldest member here.

    I would say I am a type coin collector . I also stack a little. My Favorite coin is a matte proof 10 dollar Indian Eagle. No I don’t own one but would like to someday. Really like all US coins.

    I got interested in numismatics a few years back . It really is one of the only healthy hobbies that keeps me interested and it brings me peace of mind.

    I am guessing your name is Newman and your dad was born in 1908. Or you are a fan of the famous Newman Numistmatist knowing too he was loved coins of 1908, especially Barbers.
