Availability of TrueViews to Subsequent Buyers

I’ve recently purchased a couple of Gold Shield PCGS-certified coins. As I understand it, Gold Shield service includes TrueViews. I asked the seller if he has TV files he could share with me and the response was of the negative variety. Is there any way I can get the TVs directly from PCGS? Thanks.

Enter the Cert number here, then download the pics:
https://www.pcgs.com/cert
Type in the certification number here:
https://www.pcgs.com/cert/
And the photo should pop up. You can click on it and then download it for your files.
Or are you asking about something different?
May be a red flag there.
Looks like @jwitten posted quicker.
In addition to the pcgs.com/cert verification page posted above, there is a more useful link at http://images.pcgs.com/trueview/[insert cert number here], through which you may download the TrueView in various formats. For example, http://images.pcgs.com/trueview/36669590. Please note that this link is only available for TrueViews, not for old PCGS scan images or PCGS Europe slab images. It may also not work for some older TrueViews that were created before this link was made available, but it can be requested from PCGS that they activate the link for these older TrueViews.

Thanks for the quick responses. I suspect the seller simple never bothered with the TVs.

or they have too many to keep them all straight, or it made it to the junk pile, or another email address, or never sent.,
Keep in mind that Trueviews were not included with all Gold Shield submissions until recently, so many coins in these holders do not have pics.
I have often been pleasantly surprised when I have purchased a slabbed coin and entered the cert number, to find it had TruViews...always worth checking. Cheers, RickO
Sometimes these coins change hands a couple of times and current owner/seller is unaware of a trueview. I have found it useful when looking at stuff on eBay to check the cert #. Sometimes there is a trueview with better representation of a coin than the sellers pics. Shhhhhh, don’t let the sellers know this.

No TVs available for the two coins just purchased but even the slab images are better than the photos used by the seller.
Now I need to punch in the numbers for all of my other PCGS slabs to see if any TVs pop up.
Good learning. Thanks!

You can download anyone's Trueviews if you want. Just use the above methods.
