    The 2019 "Sand Dollar II" is even cooler -- more detail. They are just coming out, just over $100.

    The sand dollar side looks the same. But the other side of the 2019 is missing the cool animal designs like the dolphins and the fish ;)

    Interesting how the rim appears to be non-circular but “randomly circular”, jagged-like. Wonder if each $1 Palau coin is different in this aspect? Is there any edge lettering or reeding?

    Yes Hemi -- It would be interesting to know how these are struck. Are the planchets preformed with the jaggy edges or do the dies somehow create them. More complicating is the dome shape and HOLES. Calling @dcarr :)
