Anyone know the manufacturer on this old silver bar?

Found this at my Great Uncles and seeing if I can find the manufacturer. Only marking are as shown...P.W. 1163 75.2 TO

    I've never seen one exactly like that. If I had to guess, I'd say it has the look of a locally-produced bar from the middle of the 20th century. Late 1940s to mid-1960s. The kind that might have been made by a dental lab, or a photograph or X-ray processing lab.

    I wonder if the "1163" could mean November, 1963? The fact that it says ".999" is a positive, as is the weight expressed in troy ounces.

    In my experience, it would be hard to command any kind of premium for a bar like that. I don't doubt its age, or its weight or purity. But there's just not enough to go on to make it interesting to most collectors.

    Good assessment and the 1163 as 11/1963 makes sense given then owner. He was a family doctor in Texas in the 60’s-80’s.

    It's got nice color for sure.
