1981 p nickel error?

I found this 1981 p nickel. The line in the “9” is very hard to see, closer inspection showed there was a line but it is very faint. Also the “P” seems doubled but I’m not expert so I’m not 100%.. thoughts please?

    Looks like a combination of circ wear and worn die.

    Nickels from the early to mid 80s are commonly found with extreme die wear.

    Die fatigue on the number 9. Mm is not a dd, probably wear and possibly bits of die chips clogging up the strike. The hunt continues.
