New to forums! Pick your brains.

Hello all,
I am a new collector and wanted to say hello to everyone out there. I have started a small collection of coins so far, nothing too crazy. I do have a 1964-D quarter that I would like to pick your brains with. Does this look DDO or is this typical? It is so hard to tell because it is ever so slight.
First time posting so hopefully the pic works.

I do not see doubling in your image.

Welcome! Determining doubled dies is difficult when you start collecting ... and sometimes even when you are experienced. Keep asking questions as there is a lot of knowledge on the forum.

Welcome.
Curses the mechanical doubling!! Even though they typically add no real value to the coin, some can be "striking".
Welcome Aboard!
Welcome to the forum! And like I tell the med students, the only dumb question is the one you didn't ask.
You can learn a lot about doubled dies and other die varieties at John Wexler's site:
http://doubleddie.com/1801.html
You can also look at great photos of known doubled dies for a particular denomination/date there.
For the 1964-D quarter, 13 DDOs and 3 DDRs are listed (starting from the "Doubled Dies Listings" menu button):

@Basketcase.... Welcome aboard... your coin demonstrates mechanical doubling... a common issue and not a doubled die. Cheers, RickO
