how does she remain up on eBay? Selling fakes. Just sold a 93cc with same reverse die markers for known counterfeit.
Here's another just listed fake:

"how does she remain up on eBay?"

Ebay doesn't care how many fake coins you sell as long as they get their fees. Even on a higher dollar key date that is found to be fake they do nothing to the seller. You can get dozens of listings canceled for the same seller in just a month and they still do nothing.

The sad thing is look at the sellers sold listings. Many are counterfeit, good chance all Morgan CC's and the gold coins are all bad. Now look at the sellers feedback, only 1 negative & 4 neutral with no revised. The buyers do not know and are happy with them. It's thousands in fraud and a laundry list of charges that could be filed on a Federal or State level.

Can you imagine 10-20 years from now when all these flood into your local B&M?

I've reported this one at least half a dozen times over the last couple months. Not only does it remain up, but ebay now is sending me emails to tell me it's for sale by a trusted seller.

Almost every gold coin they list is fake. All the Indian heads at least. I used to post them all here, but never got much response. I called ebay to report them, and they said if they received enough actual calls about them saying they were fake, they could do something. I would suggest everyone call ebay and complain. Shoot, have PCGS do it, they can verify these are all fakes. This person should be in jail.

Would it get some attention if the local police in their location were contacted?

The local police are far too busy generating revenue for their local townships thru traffic tickets to be concerned about possible fraud.

is it janeth0123 ? I am going to put her on my BAN Ebay List.
Looks like she has 5 other coins for sale. I don’t know if there real or not, I don’t have that keen eye. Happens when you start to loose your eye sight. Thank you for warning me I put her on the LIST!

Is it an election year in their location? The "Bunko" squad like to show lots of cases solved if it is. You know, like all the repaved streets get done amazingly in election years. Might be worth a try contacting the Attorney General fraud guys. I'm sure the dollar amount exceeds the felony minimum.
