Morgan Question

Bought this 82 O for my wife, I am starting the O mint collection of Morgans for her(she loves them and we live in Louisiana). I have no idea about Morgans, is this what is considered Proof Like (PL)?
2 more pics...blurry but show my arm reflection better.
Thank you all in advance for your input!! I will be creating a new post tonight to try and help get this set running.

Yes Prooflike.
Looks like it to me.
It does appear to be prooflike but has an excessive number of marks in the fields that destroys the appearance. Prooflike coins tend to really show marks so it would be best to avoid those with heavy marks.
Actually that looks DMPL to me.
I would say PL.
That year you can do better and not too expensive.
This is just starting out. So far I have this 82 O, and the 83,84,85 O set in the red velvet box. I just snagged the 82 from my local coin guy..the only one that was not XF. The same guy has a set of 98-04 O in a capital plastics holder, all look to be around MS63. My goal is to get that for my wife for Christmas.
Yup, certainly PL. Congrats!
The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.

Wooooha! Did someone just say it's officially "TACO™" Tuesday????
O sets of Morgans are fun and relatively cheap. I did a set years ago, took my time and looked for the right coins and did it in less than 18 months. Didn't try to hard either...
enjoy!

So the hard part is going to be this....the wife and I decided to get furniture for Christmas, and not get each other anything....I'm gonna go for some good hubby points and get the 98-04 set...but I can't use the bank account or she will see!! I'm gonna post some stuff for sale to try and get extra cash so I can do this without her having a clue! Wish me luck!!
Be aware that most of the money for that 98-04 set is in the 03-O. Make sure that’s a nice one as there is little spread in price until you get to 64-65.
Looks PL, but a lot of chatter in the fields.... Good luck with your project... Cheers, RickO
I agree the obverse especially is a little rough, but my wife is nowhere near the perfectionist I am. Hence, she loves ancient coins and shipwreck coins..worn..tarnished..historical...and I am creating an all MS silver Washington Quarter set and Lincoln Wheat set!
