First doubled die variety for a 2018 Lincoln cent
From Coin World
The year is almost over, but the first doubled die for the 2018 Lincoln cent has just been confirmed. The doubling manifests as extra thickness on the numerals of the date and elsewhere.

IMO, the mint should make a DDO cent each year with a large, naked-eye, spread. They could price the high and it would be the beginning of a new series. Heck, make a complete DDO mint set for each year so we can see it..
It is, of course, mandatory that all new doubled dies are listed. I would not, however, pay any premium for that one.
Am I doubled died threads? I know I have seen this before, time to get my 🤓 on.
Varieties requiring the aid of a SEM to detect are not for me. But, to each their own.
Cheers
Bob
While I will not dispute the attribution, it would not be one I will seek. Just way too minor...Cheers, RickO
Yeah, that's pretty spectacular!
Surprised it took until Dec. to notice

looks like die erosion to me
