I was VERY happy with this but NOT quite with the grade received in the slab. Will reveal after I get the consensus from the majority.
Some said we always over grade ours and less of those we hunt

Not too shabby, looks like at least a shot at 64.

Based on the pictures in the 2x2... I would say MS65 maybe a +....Not always easy to grade a coin at an angle in a 2x2.... Cheers, RickO
Based on those pictures I'd probably guess 64. Can't really tell if there is something going on with the cheek or not so maybe a 63 in reality? Looks like it has very nice mint luster.

58
63+
Don't quote me on that.
64 although I can’t tell from the pics how the badly the few dings detract.
Could be 63?

Can't see the surfaces well enough to venture a guess.
If the streak on the obverse is on the coin, 62-63 and if not 64+.

Since you weren't happy with the grade, AU-58.

I'm going with AU58 too.
Unfortunately I don't have out of the flip pictures ..... no major ding
What the heck is this HIGHJACK! Please delete these images so we ONLY POST about the OP's coin! THANKS!
@Paradisefound
I hope you close this discussion and start over. BTW, one of the first places I look on an indian is the eagle's shoulder on the reverse.
Your coin looks like it was minted yesterday. A couple small nicks on the cheek, and clear fields.
They said 64. I say 65+
Did you ask the seller what they thought?

My guess is was hoping for 65, got 64.

Eagle's leg and wing have rub - I'm guessing an AU grade.

Right on line with my thought process .... "when they go low" I let it go
I usually look for the tail feathers first but you are right the shoulder is probably at higher point.

I'm into lyrics today.....think Frozen.

MS 63 on the slab is my guess.
Regardless of the grade, it looks like a beautiful example!
Well if that's a slider, it's the prettiest one ever!

You like it. It is very attractive. Why sweat a number? Are you investing or collecting for your own satisfaction?

Lovely coin -- but I'm in the 58 camp without better pics.
MS66 although it does look like it is an mS67 and probably thus your disapointment.
The coin is a beauty for sure. I'm going to guess a MS63.

I noted some rub on the eagles shoulder, and a couple of nicks on the bust. I'm guessing 58 or 63. Still a great looking 10$

I agree with the Ch AU crowd. I see an AU-58 that looks like potential MS64/65 quality if it weren't for the wing rub.
I see a luster break at top of eagle wing - not sure if wear rub or weakly struck, so go 58 or 64 - at least it is very attractive, whatever the grade.
Do they still use MS-60 anymore?
IF no rub, photo looks gem, 65 or better.
Grade = gold = 💛
For a million years in the past BU stood for a 63 coin, but your pic looks way too clean
for a 63. Your pics look 65 but the dealer would be quite foolish to label a 65 BU, and not GemBU if
it were a 65
Itza beauty....at least 64.
Nice AU58, outside shot at even a MS60. Congrats!

Wooooha! Did someone just say it's officially "TACO™" Tuesday????
Looks really nice. Hard to grade from pic. My best guess would be 58 or 63.
