I assume he purchased it because he mentioned "Newp" (new purchase) in the title and that it fits one of his sets.
Great looking piece. I'm fascinated by these but don't know much about them. Some of the ones with the same design are fairly expensive and have large diameters.
Correct. It fits two of my sets and wasn't super expensive.
