Help. Anybody seen something like this before? Note the PCGS holo sticker is slightly different too, more rounded.

Both are Gen 3.0 slabs (1990-early 1993). The insert color was unstable, they often faded to light blue & I have seen a couple that had turned a sickly-looking faded creamy color. The slight "rounding" of the hologram decal isn't unusual.

The color dyes used were unstable and these appear with colors ranging from bright blue through all shades of green to canary yellow.
