Does PCGS still offer a buy-back guarantee and if so have the stipulations changed?

I know years ago the buy-back of copper changed as the copper itself would at times turn in the holder. Same with spotted silver eagles (I think).
Have there been other modifications to the program lately?
Also, anyone have a story of how it has worked out for you or someone you know?

I am interested to know how the guarantee works these days.
I think it has changed in the last decade - the last time I used it.

The last change I recall had to do with milk spots on ASE's....since they can appear at a later time...Cheers, RickO
