Silver coin gets the Dinosaurs! Barely on topic

So as a joke when I order pizza online I ask them to draw various things on the pizza box. No one ever did until yesterday.
I decided to up the stakes when placing my oddball request and said,
“Draw a dinosaur 🦖 on the box, if I see a dinosaur at delivery I will add a silver coin to the tip.”
I then pre tipped 20% and placed my order.
After a slight driver gps error, my paypal paid for pizza arrived. I was happy to see silver on the box, and handed over an old silver Roosevelt in a flip. Next time if they come here quickly, with another random request drawing, I will hand over a Washie or Walker.

Always fun to give tips in non-traditional currency/coins. I like to see (or hear) the reactions when you pay in $2, $1-coin, and halves. Especially, tipping in Sac’s because that gold tone gets some wild-eyes. 😎
Call me an old stick in the mud....
But if I got such a "request", I'd tell the person requesting it to go **#&^ himself. Basically, it's asking the poor minimum wage worker to "Dance for me! Dance for me, and I'll give you a doggy treat!"
To me, it's not cool.

The pizza was good, I would call it a 7 for plain cheese. Fair pricing, quick delivery, decent flavor, and friendly staff.
Tommy, it is ok to be a stick in the mud. I am often. I do not treat them poorly, I always tip well, and never mentioned the lack of drawings. I would hope they do not feel negatively about my requests as you do.
With a veritable pac-man as their mascot and a the owner drives a pepperoni pizza painted old stingray corvette, I hope they understand it is all friendly playfulness.
Next time I will write in the request box, a drawing of Mrs pac-man and a ghost. Maybe the lure of silver will inspire a new collector.

That is different... I rarely have pizza delivered... I go to pick it up.... it tastes better than one that has steamed in a jacket while the delivery person makes a few stops....Cheers, RickO
