I got a letter in the mail recently to do a mint survey online. Nothing about potential new products more along the line of customer service and such. Just completed it with several comments of mine such as "too many products", "customer service not knowledgeable", "smartpost terrible" etc. Anybody else get the letter?

Filled out the online survey. Not much interest hereabouts in mint products...usually purchase in aftermarket..
I received the online survey - which I completed. No sign of the snail mail version. Cheers, RickO
Special codes make sure you give it too them. Yes. I told them they need to have less qty and stop crashing the aftermarket

I get the written letter survey about once a year. (I think they do four...) I started getting them after an e-mail invite from Naxion, and had to verify with the Mint that the survey company was legit, since I wasn't falling for a zero-day flaw trap by going to an unknown website. That was a few years ago, when the Mint switched their fulfillment company to PFSWeb.
I'm not sure if there's a difference between the e-mail invite surveys and the snail mail invite surveys, but I've never gotten a request from both that pointed to the same survey. I believe the e-mail surveys are more product orientated, and the letter surveys are more about the mint overall. Probably some stupid law about how the surveyees (which, apparently, is not a word) have to be invited...

Naxion, also. Gave them my 2 cents of comments. Wonder how they will compile and present the information to the mint.
