    I agree with @TomB. Coin B has superior surfaces and strike.

    B without question. Better strike, color. I don't particularly care for the color of the obverse of A.

    My first instinct was coin B, but after carefully looking at A now find it much more appealing due to the fact that the coin has much luster even from an older die. I am guessing all the marks on coin A are die defects/rust rather than marks from handling.
