I have a few of these, the Littleton packaging drives me crazy.
Should I leave them as is or cut them out and put them in a tube ?
Little things like this drive me crazy

Break out. Maybe keep a low value Littleton bagged coin as a curiosity but I'd bust out a Morgan without a thought.
FWIW, I think Littleton's packaging is archival but I am not 100% sure.

If it was a Bennie Baby its like cutting off the tag! Maybe keep them in the plastic. What would you do with them when they are out of the plastic? Put them in air tight 2 x 2 Plastic. I bet they would fit in them with out the black rubber and the plastic wrap would keep them in place!!!!! Ding! Ding! Ding!

I'd put them in a tube. Twenty of those stacked would look more impressive than loose in Littleton blister packs. Cardboard 2x2's are much more appealing than that packaging. I'd get rid of it!
