Does this NGC Holder for an MS70 Eagle look legit?

Is the front of the holder missing? The label looks funny too. Tried to insert link but it's not working. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-S-American-Silver-Eagle-NGC-MS70-Struck-at-San-Francisco-Mint/392158570378?hash=item5b4e78e78a:g:VxAAAOSwhOxb05dw:rk:1:pf:1&frcectupt=true

My guess is that this is a specialty label from a bulk submission and it is legitimate.

Does it really matter?
I guess depends on whether or not you're browsing and see it for sale.
2016-(S) American Silver Eagle
NGC MS70 (Black Core Holder - Trolley Label)
I bought some but the 2016 version looks just like yours. The label looks like its coming loose. I got all mine from the evil dealer.
Looks authentic to me.... special label.... Cheers, RickO
Not sure why anyone would try to fake a SE even in MS70, unless it's not a real eagle. Even then the value is to low.
did you know NGC has a cert verification that frequently shows pics of slab? looks good to me (even dark area on reverse rim at 4 o'clock in picture/10 o'clock on coin)

Looks ok to me but did you ask across the street? I'd think they ought to know for sure.
Edited to add after further whisky fueled thought.... Not to be snarky, but asking your question here is a little like going into a Chevy Dealership and asking a question about authenticity of fords. Ask at the ford dealership first and if you don't like the answer, it would then make sense to come here.

I gave you an LOL in the OP because I can't stop laughing about your avatar. Haven't seen that in decades...….I guess it never caught on. (Personally, I'd be divorced if I ever thought of growing facial hair like that).

to be honest, I knew I'd get a genuine opinion from one of the regs

Here are some of the Black and White SF Trolley labels I have but the 2016S version if you want to compare. Not sure if this helps. But maybe.
