Paypal transfer fee

Anyone see the small notice in Paypal indicating are going to charge 1% of all transfers starting the first week of November? I saw one today but now I cannot find the notice on the site.
I guess they just want you to leave it in there but it was nice having the free transfer. Anyway, I transferred my money out so I don't get dinged.

There is already a thread on this.
They are NOT charging a 1% fee on "all transfers" just instant transfers. It remains free to do a normal 24 hour transfer.

Ebay / Paypal = Sears / Kmart.

I thought it was: Ebay = -Paypal +- the square root of Paypal squared - 4(Sears*Kmart) / 2(Sears)

Either way gets you to the same answer....more money for them and less for you.

FAKE NEWS!!!!! No fee on regular transfers,,,,,, just instant transfers.

FAKE NEWS!!!!! I only used 9.7% capitol letters in my OP. Just emphasis as jmlanzaf said.
