    nice, it would be unbelievable if it had 'Capitol' printed on the plastic, as I have always seen them say 'Capital'

    I do not think that was ever a mass-production holder. Probably a special (custom) order item.

    Lots of capital holders have stickers on them on the outside front plastic

    I have never seen that holder before. My gut feeling is that is it a custom job made for somebody's numismatic exhibit. There may have been one or two more to hold the higher denominations.
