Panexpoguy goes to Baltimore Day 2

So after I got settled in to my luxury accommodations and determined which half of all the electrical outlets in the room didn't work, I treated myself to a fairly substantial dinner....
I really appreciate that the room didn't even have plastic cups. Otherwise how would I have ever known how well a 12 year old single malt scotch pairs with paper cup.
I had loaded a couple of appropriate movies on my iPad....
But ended up watching something else instead....
I sorted through some coins that I was putting together for my next CAC submission....
And though I had traveled solo to the show, I was able to arrange some 'company' for the evening....
And I went to bed.
I woke up early the next morning and had some breakfast....
I walked over to the show early on a mission. I had brought out some coins to be imaged....
These were my Super Secret NGC 2.0 and 2.1 No Line Fatty NGC Holder Green and Gold CAC Sticker Low Value Coins. I call the collection my 'Super Secret NGC 2.0 and 2.1 No Line Fatty NGC Holder Green and Gold CAC Sticker Low Value Coins. ' Anyhow I dropped them off early with my connection....
As the show got closer, the crowd got ready....
Then the doors opened....
In a moment I was carried back decades to an iconic scene from a historic movie...
Except older, whiter and much, much slower.. Chariots of Embers....
The show was pretty busy and the dealers I talked to said Thursday had been good for them....
I saw the celebrities that you would expect to see at a coin show, such as Morgan Freeman....
And PennyMarshall....
But I was shocked to see so many others. Pretty sure this is Chumlee from Pawn Stars....
Quite sure this is Cramer from Mad Money....
Dame Judy Dench....
Tell me this isn't John Malkovich....
So anyhow, I had come to take part in the Crossover Special and planned to purchase two NGC holdered coins I had watched on ebay for some time. On had been sold days before, the other had not been brought to the show so, as usual, my plans was about as successful as a Saudi State sponsored assassination.
I went over to PCGS to submit the two NGC coins I had brought....
I had waited two and a half hours after the show opened to hit PCGS in order to avoid the crowd. Apparently, so had everyone else....
While waiting, someone tried to cut the line and the line quickly responded....
After submitting my coins, I managed to pick up two newps....
I picked up my coins that were imaged and headed out for a late lunch on the way back to the hotel....
I had the All American Burger that comes with cheddar cheese, which I found ironic....
But I ordered it medium rare, and that was exactly how I got it so props to them....
I would be guilty of an incomplete show report without this....
(NO MUSTARD WAS HARMED OR SPILLED IN THE MAKING OF THIS SHOW REPORT)
And so I headed back to the room for the day to get some rest for the long drive home tomorrow. Hope you enjoyed the reports. probably my last show for many reasons.

My wife wants to know "what's funny ? "
I know she wouldn't believe me if I told her " Coin people ".
I saw you. I was the older white guy with John on my name tag.
Good stuff, remind me to never butt in line when at a coin show.
From a fellow Challenger guy, I thoroughly enjoyed. FWIW, you may be providing a little too much information on the CVS prescription bottle.
I bet people are generally flattered when their photo is taken and posted on a public forum! I know I would be too.
I would have said hello. I hope you had a successful show.
Great report. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
