  Actually looks like a die chip between the D and the 9....But, @jmlanzaf could be correct...Cheers, RickO

  They say if you look close in the "8" you can see a "7" under it from them reusing the die. There are so many they don't care about it. The "D" if you look some will be close to the date and some will be far. That's all I know about this date.
