Finished my 1950-1964 Jefferson Nickel Proof Set

Placed these Proof Jefferson's in a Capital Plastic display holder. I only lack the 38-42 Proofs which can be expensive although I have bought two of them for half PCGS listed price. Still a few are expensive. But If I have time I would like to be able to finish the complete set of Jefferson Nickels 1938 through 2018 and these 7 proofs are all I lack.

Great set - some of those nickels are hard to find nice.

I have that exact same holder, purchased about 20 years ago from a dealer in MI. The original owner was trying to put together a set of raw cameo nickels. (Didn't really succeed with today's cameo threshold).
I cherried a few cams and dcams out of it and will be looking to "refill" the holes.

Great set! Finding the remaining proof nickels can be done on a much lower cost than expected if you are patient and bid carefully.
Check the 51,52,53,54 for varieties :)

Very nice set of Jefferson's.... Always satisfying to complete a set... Well.. sometimes the set is never done... holes filled, but upgrades are then sought.... Good luck, Cheers, RickO

I love these Capital Plastics holders and I love your set. These mid-century proof coins (including the 1936-1942 issues) are the one niche of US numismatics where I believe the coins can still be naturally white or only lightly toned and also where the coins look absolutely smashing with that appearance. I love your set!
