Does anyone know if the "Promoted listing fees"
are in addition to your final value fees....If the item sells. I suspect that they are, but can't find any confirmation to that affect.

Yes they are in addition to the FVF. Not worth it for coin listings.
I promote at the 1% rate,,,,,, any extra exposure is good.
There is a current $20 max FVF promo going around.

I can’t seem to find that promo. Maybe I don’t qualify.

Thanks, that what I suspected. Agree not worth the extra % in the coin category, especially bullion.
I got the 20 fvf offer, saved 140 dollars so far on final value fees
Ebay was once simple to navigate, now it is a nightmare.
Ebay used to offer a featured listing option for $20. Simple to understand and to use. I found it to be a great asset on coins approaching $1000 and above. That was dumped maybe 8 years ago and apparently replaced by the promoted listing option. No wonder that the company stagnates as Amazon soars.
