Anyone familiar with this counter stamp.... looking for more information on it, and a possible value
for this coin.

So Pointe a Pietre is in Guadalupe. I don't know if it is a fake. The solder damage is not good. Peace Roy

Looks more like a jewelers punch, maybe even the person who made the coin into a brooch.
I do not know this counterstamp or how to authenticate it. That said, the piece does feel vintage to me. The reverse appears slightly concave from the punching, and there seems to be a corresponding slight bulge on the obverse by her shoulder.
A good way to check for Caribbean countermarks is one of the recent sales at Dix Noonan Webb, e.g.

An official Guadeloupe would have a crowned G - see lot 5156 for a similar JPP, as well though:
