It’s like saying nice, but with an accent.
It might be noise misspelled, but seems to be a variant of nice.

Sorta disagree. It's the way someone from Brooklyn would say it if they were trying to make it sound like someone from Joisey were saying it!

We have some accents, but only people not from Jersey describing people from Jersey say "Joisey". And long island housewives.

I thought it was a Jersey or Brooklyn variant of "Nice" but was not sure.

FSF's use of "Noice" in his 45 posts so far reminds me of Hodor, from Game Of Thrones.

Not Brooklyn, that's a Long Island accent. They're different.

Brooklyn's accent begins with "Yo" and has the F word in the middle of the sentence.
