Pretty shiny finish for being a 60 year old coin from circulation
I dump AU coins from the 40s and 50s into Coinstars all the time. I dump lower grade coins from the 30s in also. No way to sell them for a premium.

A nice 1958 that could go anywhere from AU58 to maybe even MS64, however the pics need to be clearer and more focused as the step area may have 5, who knows...............1958, 1954, 1955 and 1959 as well as other years and mints are notorious for dark planchets as well as struck on worn dies, improperly annealed is the term, I believe, Nice roll find

No shine because you haven't polished it yet....
I was told not to polish
Nice clean coin. No corrosion, no coin machine damage.
If you have not done so already I'd start a nickel album and try to fill it with roll finds.
The 1958 Philly is a very tough coin to find in circulation. Well done.
Nice coin... and DO NOT polish.... the previous post was humor....Cheers, RickO
I appreciate everyone's imput. I just can't get enough of looking at coins I wish would have started years ago but I have ADHD so everything I ever started only lasted until I saw the next thing and off I went
