No-lED. That's a lower case "L." Has no odor that I'm aware of.
In this one this is the one you want looks like shelf Doubling but it's a DDO or a 1909 VDB 1C DDO FS-1101 (012),

IMHO your coin looks like a normal everyday coin nothing unusual or special about it
