1859-S Seated Half Lowball - Poor-1?

This is an 1859-S half dollar I own. PCGS has no examples in PO01. I’m thinking this piece could possibly make PO01 but the reverse makes it a bit of a tough call. Is this a PO01 or a bottom end FR02?

Looks FR02 to me. Close but no cigar.

Obverse is definitely PO01, However the reverse is much stronger, and I couldn't see the coin grading any lower than FR02.

Thank you for your input, everyone. I will probably put it in my pocket for a few months and see if the reverse wears down a bit more to get that coveted PO01.
