It's very important that you take photos at odd angles and include several slightly fuzzy closeups. You will quickly endear yourself to the membership

Did you say penny in coin collecting in the U.S we call them Cents some will call them Pennies but in other country's like the UK they are called Penny's , Post a way lets see it.

You may have something there. Looks to me like a split serif on the base of the 2 in the date.
Others need to chime in, though. One comment does not a decision make.

A lot of it looks shelf-like while typically means strike doubling.
Something did catch my eye -- see the red arrow to the right of the following image:
Is this notching in the 2 of the date? I'll leave it to others to decide.
