As for a premium for them, I dunno.

This is all I can find so far when I run the cert, I found some proof's with this label I don't know I need to do some more research.

I have no idea if there is a premium for the label.... I would not pay extra, but I am notoriously label averse. Cheers, RickO
The burnished (“W” mintmark UNCs) tend to be worth more in general compared to the regular bullion and that label should add a bit extra as well (you do have to find the right label collector though). At $25 over melt, you should do well.
