Hard to tell if MS grade is appropriate as the "camera pic" really does not show the luster. ANACS OWH grading are more often than not to be on par with PCGS/NGC in my experience.
I would have said 58.... However, we see so many coins that sit in that area - 58-62 - that I am beginning to think it is the twilight zone of grading (not that there are any truly definitive standards). Cheers, RickO

A 58 bumped up to a 62 because of originality.
