No idea what it means. but I love counterstamped coins, especially modern ones.

There are a few dealers and coin clubs who have been counterstamping pieces recently.
I've seen dealers counterstamp both large cents and So-Called Dollars.
I forget the name of the dealer for large cents, but here's a Smallforest counterstamped So-Called Dollar from Jeff Shevlin / @SoCalledGuy:
I enjoy Love Tokens, but counterstamped coins do not appeal to me.... Maybe if one were stamped RickO.... Well, yeah...
