Is this prettty common on the Roosevelt's? His lips almost looks like the buggs bunny attribution. I do not deal with dimes alot. I assume ot is just die deteration

    Looks more like a hairlip than teeth. Your dime is a late die state coin, with flow lines near the rim and weak lettering. It is possible that the coin was reworked and part of the area was ground off.
