This is a NewP for me. It floated my boat. There is a little tick on the Eagle's left wing that would look better on a 66 coin, but I think the luster and color carry it.
As for the design, the obverse is fantastic. The reverse has always seemed a little busy to me with the three-headed fire dragon lady thing..... but somehow it seems to work.
I agree that the toning on the 67 is not too attractive. However, I also think that the 66 is bland and boring. If it were me I would sell them both to help fund the purchase of one nicely toned example.

The 66 is the nicer coin by far.
The 67 coin is a C coin - lower end of grade range. Looks like run over by a truck.
We used to call the 67 bird-shit dusky sun-dappled toning

Based on the images provided, the MS66 for me. I don't care for the tone on the MS67.

I'd take the first coin all day long and pass on the second coin.
I finally got the 1935 MS67 in hand. Im sticking with the MS66 CAC.
If I was the seller of the 67 I’d be a bit miffed at the public flogging of the coin before returning it.
