Looks like the contrast has been jacked up on a typical business strike coin that has a big ol' palm or fingerprint on it.

I see no evidence of either heat damage or circulation wear..
I've seen them like that before. It's a hard pic to really get a good idea but I'm thinking the toning is very colorful?
