Wow - crypto sold that?
My kids are getting older and I had a choice to hold in a dark anonymous SDB and incrementally upgrade at exponential cost or sell and focus on something we can all enjoy equally such as a vacation home to build life long memories. I know Drew and his passion and interests are very similar to mine and the hobby is better with collectors like him. I enjoyed placing them with him.
I’ll be braking up the rest of the trades in the coming month or so and honestly am surprised how many are already spoken for before even announcing past a few private offers. If anybody want to see the more or less complete varieties set before it is gone here it is one last time.

Hey, nice 77-S RPD! It's got a TrueView as well:
This is a great selection of Trade Dollar varieties, though of course that 76-S DDO takes the cake. Looking forward to seeing this set grow.
Trades and the friends made will be and are the highlight of the hobby for me. I’ll always be a coin guy and I’ll be back with a new niche but trades are simply the best series to these eyes.
I spent a lot of time this summer at the beach with my 8 and 5 year olds and I’ll tell you the perspective that brought me to this point.
While walking on the beach with my little girl who was carrying a way to big stuffed animal recently won (looking at me like I was a super hero for winning it), my boy running with his buddy getting soaked in the waves right before dinner with the moms yelling at them while giving me and my buddy the playful stink-eye for letting them get wet. I realized in 40 years or so when I nearing the end of my days, I would trade any stack of coins no matter how rare or perfect, any amount of money no matter how large or many 0s at the end, really anything just for one more set of moments like that and with them.
I tried to think what would 80 year old me do. I appreciate mostly all of you very much on here over the last 15 years or so building this. I hope I gave you at least 1/2 as much as you all gave me.

Warmest wishes for you and your family
@Crypto
Fortunately, there's neat stuff to be had in the hobby at any price point. Consider that you can start a new set alongside your son or daughter if you'd like to get them interested, whether it's slabs, folders, or pocket change. and you get the advantage of going through your scores together at your new vacation home.
It takes a lot of money to buy a beach house, I am not sure there is enough money in the world to get kids not interested in coins interested. It is like anything else, exspose them and see if they take the next step..... like frost bite

Great coins, congrats
You put together an amazing set, Crypto. It's not just the coins, but your knowledge of the series ranks at the top of the greatest Trade Dollar collectors of all time. I certainly understand your sentiments but hope you stick around to share your knowledge (and opinions!) with all of us here on the Boards.

Just to clarify... I did not purchase TDN's entire Trade Dollar collection, only the chopmarked collection.
