I went to do a cert verification today and was greeted by a poster of the Morgan special being offered by PCGS at the upcoming Long Beach show... It looks like a great deal and may work well for myself... Then right there on the poster I noticed one of my recent submissions my 1879-O Morgan that just received a nice upgrade and is the coolest toned 1879-O I have ever seen... As always the trueview looks great! Pic below...
Also I am posting trueviews of my most recent upgrades of a few of my Morgans out of the 35 Morgans that I submitted between the recent Vegas Invitational and the ANA... :) AB

Those coins are insane! I don't think I have ever seen a 68+ Morgan. Congrats on all of them!

A government accident left me a former man, a potato. That photo on my profile is a low resolution selfie. I like coins.

Beautiful coins, lofty grades! Very nice. :+1:

    Nice toned coins!

So I can fly to Long Beach and get all my 1901-S BU Morgans authenticated for $45 each? or maybe the proofs instead?

Man, those 81-S 68+ coins are sweet. I would give up a lot of things to have those.

I'll have to start preparing for that Morgan special. I assume it applies to regrades and reconsiderations, but I'll look closer.

These are astoundingly nice coins! I’d love to see the full Trueview of that 79-O. They are really tough to find with nice color.

The third monster toned 81-S 68+ looks especially incredible. :star:

....you know you have way too many mega coins when someone has to clarify WHICH “monster toned 68+“ he’s referring to..... :dizzy:

The 79-O is one tough nicely toned date to find... I call it "Triple Treat" for the 3 crescents...

Great pictures and nice upgrades. Waiting to hear the names you have given your newps. Miss them already.

Not that long ago, this coin would have landed in a MS66 or 66+ holder. Did PCGS stop color bumping as much? At one point, it seemed some coins were receiving two point boosts.

Gorgeous! I would have guessed MS66.

The interesting part to me was that the 65 grade was an upgrade per AB if I read his post correctly. With no color bump, it looks gem.

Seems correct from how I read the post too. That’s a nice upgrade value-wise but I’m surprised that coin was ever in a 64 (or 64+) holder.

The 79-O I have had for sometime now and was in the 64+ holder I acquired it in... This was the first time I have submitted it...

I have a toned 64+ as well that I love but yours is much nicer (and far cleaner).
