After reading it, this is probably one of the most well written and interesting show reports from her. I would be curious as to her definition of "better" gold as I am not sure I totally agree with her there. It is anyone's guess as to what is hiding in Europe that may surface soon which makes me hesitant to consider any gold except for antebellum pieces.

Carpeting in the premium section.... with wine I hope .. The best show report written in long time by Laura..... even better than other forum members,in awhile..…. great snapshot of current market
ANA Had great shows in Chicago ...move it back there more often … their faults less crowds .. hardly ....collecting in decline since younger crowd , millennials not cash rich
Laura does not fool around
She puts her money up when she says she will
She also has excellent numismatic knowledge and lots of experience
She knows which coins to buy

Did you agree to say this before she agreed to buy all of your half cents?

Nice to hear John bought the $5 1854-S discovery coin and it immediately sold to a buyer. What a fantastic find that was obviously a really happy ending for the finder. Everything I dream about. That coin will be a major bookend in any collection.
Superb report... I very much enjoyed reading it. Good information regarding gold and other areas, presented by a consummate professional. Thank you Laura... Cheers, RickO

No Andy
She bought more than my half cents if you didn’t know
What did you buy ?
Not so much. A couple of great US patterns, a pile of Colombian gold and patterns, and a go at the auction buffet.
