I count this as an educational site, except when new posters bring their pocket change and get defiant when they hear the truth, or when threads turn political and the "disagrees" and flags start flying. In those cases, it is pure social media.
Depends on each individual post. Some are educational, some are baloney. All are social interactions. I enjoy the flame wars, and the questions from beginner's.
